Smiles by Design is an established dental practice in downtown Livermore California with an interest in growing and achieving excellent results not only with our clinical practice but with all aspects of our business. Towards that end we have been unhappy with our previous web site for some time but had not been unable until recently to find the kind of professional assistance that could help us make the kind of significant change that we were looking for. This letter is written in recognition and acknowledgement of the IT support services provided to the Taylor Family Foundation by Maurice Unglik,
Craig Davis and Matt Votisek.
After introductory meetings in February of 2011 Maurice and his business technician Craig assumed responsibility for the management and oversight
of our foundation’s technology infrastructure.
Their initial services included the provision and configuration of new Windows and Mac based workstations, as well as putting in place a remote
network accessibility protocol which allowed our staff to securely work while away from the office. Maurice and Craig have continued to provide
ongoing support encompassing a variety of tasks including software installation, server/workstation troubleshooting and problem resolution, as
well as peripheral device support.
At the end of August we held our annual fundraising event called “A Day in the Park”, which collects donations to be utilized for children’s camps
throughout the year. Maurice, Craig and Matt all took responsibility for the setting up of all desktop PCs, printers and ensuring they worked flawlessly
all day.
They were at hand to deal with any and all IT issues as they arose throughout the event. All technical problems we experienced were fixed
quickly and efficiently which allowed us to seamlessly collect donations as they were made and thus contributed to the amazing success of the day.
Having worked with Maurice, Craig and Matt for several months we look forward to our continued partnership and both endorse and recommend
their services to any organization looking to outsource the management of their technology infrastructure to a professional and reliable IT company.
